WHO WE ARE
X-officio specialises in supporting research infrastructures and their business partners in legal, governance and procurement matters. It was founded by Dr. Ohad Graber-Soudry, an international lawyer with experience in the administration and governance of research infrastructures. Former Head of Legal at the European Spallation Source ERIC and a procurement specialist at a leading international law firm, Ohad has gained significant experience in legal, procurement and governance functions including the setting up and the establishment of European Research Infrastructure Consortia (ERIC).
Ohad is a visiting professor of international law at the 'Executive Masters in Management of Research Infrastructures' (University of Milano-Bicocca) and a guest lecturer on EU public procurement at the Faculty of Law, Lund University.
