WHO WE ARE
X-officio specialises in supporting research & technology infrastructures and their business partners in legal, governance, financial-planning and procurement matters. It was founded by Dr. Ohad Graber-Soudry, an international lawyer with experience in the administration and governance of research infrastructures. Former Head of Legal at the European Spallation Source ERIC and a procurement specialist at a leading international law firm, Ohad has gained significant experience in legal, procurement and governance functions including the setting up and the establishment of European Research Infrastructure Consortia (ERIC) and European Digital Infrastructure Consortia (EDIC).
Ohad is a visiting professor of international law at the 'Executive Masters in Management of Research Infrastructures' (University of Milano-Bicocca) and a guest lecturer on EU public procurement at the Faculty of Law, Lund University.
